Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Typical processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next working day. We reserve the right to delay dispatch if verification (payment confirmation, address, or identity check) is required.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within India only through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier-2, Tier-3 cities or remote locations: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, festivals or factors beyond our control.

3. Risk & Ownership

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer. Customers must inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, please:

  • Note the damage on the courier’s delivery slip.
  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
  • Contact us within 48 hours with these details.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details (name, address, phone number, and PIN code). We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned because of incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer must pay re-shipping charges. Orders not re-shipped within 7 days of return may be cancelled without refund of shipping fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier. We are not liable for delays or losses caused solely by the courier. Any claim must be raised within:

  • 48 hours of delivery (for damage)
  • 7 business days after expected delivery date (for non-receipt)

Please provide your order number and photos/evidence when filing a claim.

6. Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages (depending on item availability or warehouse location). Tracking details for each shipment will be shared separately. Delivery timelines apply per dispatched parcel.

7. Force Majeure & Delays

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or public holidays. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers in case of significant delays.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email and/or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch. Customers are advised to monitor tracking status and contact the courier directly for last-mile updates.
