Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sri Sai Car Decor. We take pride in providing premium-quality car accessories and strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

All sales made through our website are final by default. However, in exceptional situations, we may consider a return or replacement request at our sole discretion — provided it meets the eligibility criteria stated below. Approval of any return, refund, or replacement is entirely at the discretion of Sri Sai Car Decor after review of the specific case.

2. Eligibility for Return Consideration

A request for return may be considered (not guaranteed) only if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and manuals are intact.
  • The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The issue is genuine and supported by valid proofs (images/videos).

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Electronic items have been opened or connected for testing/installation.
  • The product was custom-made, special-ordered, or marked non-returnable.
  • The product is delivered as described on the website and is free from defects.
  • The request was made after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds (if approved)

  • If a return request is approved after inspection, the product must be shipped back safely by the customer (unless the error was ours).
  • Upon receipt and verification, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for NEFT/IMPS transfer.
  • Original shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • If the product is returned in used or damaged condition, no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability and assessment.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours or without proper proof may not be accepted.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may raise a return request (if eligible).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, payment failure, or address verification issues. In such cases, any pre-paid amount will be fully refunded.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer must bear the full shipping cost of returning the product safely.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
